"Way smoother than I figured"
Threw these on my car a few weeks back and the ride is better than I expected. Still has that firm feel, but it’s not harsh or all bouncy or anything. I daily it and it’s been totally fine, even on the rough roads around here. Took a bit of messing with to get it dialed in but once I did, yeah... big difference. Happy with the comfort so far

"Easy experience with BC Racing NA"
Had a really good experience with BC Racing NA. I had a couple questions before ordering and they got back to me quickly. They didn’t make it confusing or hit me with some generic copy paste response, they just answered what I asked and helped me figure out what I needed. I also got updates after placing the order, which was nice. Overall they were really easy to deal with and I’d definitely order from them again

I was able to move around the site easily and find the parts I needed for my car without much hassle, the pages loaded fine and nothing really got stuck or slowed me down, but I do think the checkout could be a little clearer because I had to pause for a second and make sure I was doing everything right...

No more vibration now, which is a relief. It did take more effort than I expected to get everything sorted out, and I wish it had been a lot easier, but at least the problem is finally gone.

I had to exchange a set, support was a little slow, slow to get back to me. But once they did, they got everything sorted out without too much hassle. Not perfect, but it ended up being fine.

"Not totally sold on BC Racing"
BC Racing definitely seems like a big name, but the reviews are kind of all over the place. Some people swear by them, while others talk about problems with quality or customer support. For the price, I’d expect things to feel a bit more consistent. Anyway... I’m not saying they’re bad, I’m just not super confident about buying from them yet.

I ordered from BC Racing the shipping was a lot slower than I expected. The site made it sound like things would move along quickly, but my order just sat there for days without any real update. I get that delays happen, but it’s just basic customer service to keep people in the loop when they’ve already paid. The parts did show up fine in the end, so I’m not giving it 1 star, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"Decent ride overall"
The ride is okay overall, and it does feel solid, which I appreciate. That said, the springs are a bit too stiff for me for everyday driving, especially on rougher roads. Not bad, just probably better suited for someone who likes a firmer setup...

Put these on my car and the handling feels like a big upgrade, corners are way tighter, the car doesn’t feel nearly as floaty anymore, and even though it took a little bit of dialing in to get everything feeling just right, I’m really happy with how it drives now.

I ordered from BC Racing NA and the kit showed up with all the hardware in the box. Nothing was missing, and I didn’t have to deal with that totally avoidable headache of guessing what bolts I needed or making a random trip to the store. The packaging was solid too. Install went smoothly since everything I needed was included. Really happy with it overall.

I ordered from bcracing-na.com and the packaging was better than I expected. The box looked clean, maybe 0 dents or rough spots that I noticed, and everything inside was wrapped up tight. Nothing was sliding around or loose when I opened it, which was nice. It’s a simple thing, but after spending that kind of money, it definitely made me feel better. No complaints from me on the packaging.

The ride was rougher than I expected, and the parts didn’t feel like the best quality either. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I needed help, just automated stuff and no actual person to talk to. Disappointing overall.

I got my BC Racing coilovers installed over the weekend, and overall it was a solid experience. The parts were packed well, everything lined up like it should, and the install went smoother than I expected. That said, I did have mixed feelings about the instructions. Most of it was straightforward, but a couple spots weren’t super clear and I had to look one thing up online. Not a huge deal, but it did slow me down a bit. Still, I’m happy with how it all turned out.

I’ll admit I’m a little picky about getting the height just right, and in the end it did land where I wanted it. It just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the final result worked for me

"Support actually knew their stuff"
I had a quick question about the coilover settings and, i wasn’t expecting much… but the support team actually knew what they were talking about. They walked me through preload and damping in a way that made sense, without turning it into some overly technical lecture. So yeah, easy and helpful experience overall.

"Warranty support was a relief"
I was feeling mentally drained when I had to deal with the warranty issue, so I was expecting it to be a hassle. Thankfully, support made it really easy and got everything fixed fast
